The Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Menko Marves) and the Coordinator of the Java-Bali PPKM, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, said that the handling of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia was the best in Asia, even one of the best in the world.

Luhut emphasized that Indonesia had succeeded in controlling the COVID-19 pandemic quickly. This can be seen from the low hospital occupancy (BOR).
"Indonesia has managed to control the COVID-19 pandemic quickly. Although cases are increasing, the hospitalization rate and numbers are low and under control," said Luhut.
