The former Head of the Profession and Security Division of the National Police allegedly ordered Bharada Eliezer to shoot Brigadier Joshua.
"Ferdy Sambo ordered to carry out and scenarios as if a shootout took place at Ferdy Sambo's residence in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta," said Head of Criminal Investigation Agency Komjen Agus Andrianto at a press conference at the National Police Headquarters, Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
Kabareskrim said Ferdy Sambo was threatened with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code with a maximum criminal sentence of death penalty, life imprisonment, and 20 years in prison.
During the press conference, the National Police Chief was accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Police, Commissioner General Gatot Eddy Pramono, Irwasum Agung Budi Maryoto, and the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Commissioner General Agus Andrianto.
