Meanwhile, the Director of Postgraduate Program at YARSI University/Professor of FKUI, Prof. Tjandra Yoga Aditama stated that a new subvariant of SARS-CoV-2, BA.4.6 has been detected in 43 countries. Based on his monitoring, the subvariance is estimated to have existed since a few weeks ago.
